What You’ll Do as a Zillow Flex Agent
- Respond immediately to Zillow Flex leads and engage them in real-time.
- Provide expert consultations and guide buyers through the home-buying process.
- Master lead conversion strategies, follow-up techniques, and relationship-building skills.
- Host showings and open houses to move buyers forward in their journey.
- Manage transactions from contract to close with the support of our transaction team.
- Stay informed on Rhode Island’s market trends and provide expert-level service to clients.
Qualifications We Look For
- Active Rhode Island Real Estate License (Mandatory)
- Zillow Flex or high-volume lead conversion experience (Preferred)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of closing deals and handling buyers
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and sales skills
- Highly responsive with a full-time commitment to clients
