D&W is currently looking to add a Customer Support Representative to our team in our Corporate location in Auburn, NY.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Work to establish professional business relationships with customers
- Know how to access information on our products
- Provide important communications link between D&W and our customers
- Aid teammates with research of products, pricing, and availability
Qualifications :
Industry experience is not required. Candidates will work with an experienced staff and participate in regular training activities.
