Responsibilities : Handle inbound customer callsWork to establish professional business relationships with customersKnow how to access information on our products Provide important communications link between D&W and our customers Aid teammates with research of products, pricing, and availability Qualifications : Attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills Technical aptitude with an ability to learn about productsProficient in MS Office and other computer functionsAbility to work in a fast paced, office environmentIndustry experience is not required.
