Advanced Automotive Technician, Bilingual Spanish
Job Overview: Tired of working under the hood of vehicles? Join our Quality Team, improving our product and manufacturing process! We are currently seeking a Bilingual Automotive Technician to join our Quality Team at our Jasper, Indiana facility. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. As a member of our Quality Department, you will work on various projects in our manufacturing facilities, recognizing and nominating quality problems for solutions, working with manufacturing group leaders on quality issues, and answering team member questions on the manufacturing floor.

What you’ll do:
Build/sustain relationships with customers
Maintain proper business etiquette
Initiate and complete of A3 projects
Recognize and nominate quality problems for solutions
Work with manufacturing group leaders on specific quality issues facing the work group
Aid in establishing quality components of the standard
Sign off on process changes, BOM and specification changes
Answer team member questions on the manufacturing floor
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Bilingual, fluent in speaking and understanding English and Spanish
Automotive Technology Degree or similar preferred, or equivalent work experience
Problem-solving
Excellent communication skills
Helpful to have automotive machining experience
Salary : $51,000
