DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Objective:
Work individually and on a team in the support of the daily IT activities. Core support areas include basic computer related helpdesk requests, desktop software & hardware and end-user trouble shooting.
Responsibilities:
¥ Provide hands-on support for core technologies such as Microsoft Office, Windows 10.
¥ Hands on end-user support for multiple sites and the timely completion of assigned projects.
¥ Primary support interface to the user community for helpdesk requests, 3rd party software support, network operations and end-user training.
¥ Responsible for providing desktop system support including but not limited to configuration, installation and maintenance of desktop computer equipment including PCs, notebooks.
¥ Document installation and configuration procedures.
Qualifications:
¥ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10.
¥ Capable of multi-tasking and working independently or within a team environment.
¥ Customer focused and demonstrate good follow-up techniques.
¥ Strong verbal communication.
¥ Excellent problem-solving skills.
¥ Detail oriented.
¥ Installation and configuration of PC hardware and software
¥ Must always maintain professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $33.00 per hour
