Assistant Controller Manufacturing (CPA Required)
Location : Sterling, MA (Hybrid)

Jasurda Group seeks an Assistant Controller for a leading manufacturer of electrical power components serving diverse industries. This role oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and the close process while leading the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare / review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Develop and enforce internal controls and compliance with GAAP
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in accounting operations
- Supervise and develop the accounting team
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
