This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on product management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities
- Lead application lifecycle from product conception to launch and maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and align with business goals
- Monitor and improve application performance; manage patches, updates, and support
- Troubleshoot complex application-related issues and support end-users
- Analyze business processes and propose technology solutions to optimize operations
- Deliver internal training and documentation for system use and enhancements
- Manage application-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Partner with production and product teams to position solutions within target markets
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering or applications/product management in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical understanding of software applications, operating systems, and networks
- Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle and develop market-driven strategies
- Bachelors degree in product design, engineering, or a related technical field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Clear communication skills across technical and business teams
