POSITION TYPE :
Full-time, hybrid position based in Stockton, CA.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Operations Coordination (45% or ~18h / wk)
Project Coordination (30% or ~12h / wk)
Executive Assistance (25% or ~10h / wk)
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with construction management software (e.g., JobTread, BuilderTrend).
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe .
Prior experience in office or administrative management, construction, project coordination, or small business operations .
Spanish proficiency a major plus!
COMPENSATION :
60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience), health reimbursement benefit ($540 / month), and a 3% SIMPLE IRA retirement match
3 weeks of paid vacation annually, paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with company policies and California employment laws.
