What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Aftermarket position at Jatca Inc.?
This is truly a junior role, for someone that wants to grow in an organization, that will lead to a sales role.
Responsibilities of the Position
• Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions.
• Follow documented procedures from initial customer inquiry to sales order close.
• Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
• Offer different alternatives to customers in their preferred choice of product.
• Responsible for closing sales deals and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest standards of on-time delivery of quality products.
• Instill a reputation and passion for the best in industry customer service.
• Represent Automation in customer meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite of programs and quickly learns similar programs.
• Customer focused mindset to provide best possible solutions to their needs.
• Work alongside other parts team individuals to provide customer solutions.
• Collect relevant customer information and update database.
Required Experience
• 1 - 2 years of experience in sales/customer support role but that ideally has knowledge of parts such as hydraulics/servo motors etc…
• Very high attention to detail/thorough.
• Talent for developing relationships.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Education
• High School/GED - Required
• Bachelor’s degree, related experience of equivalent of – Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration - Preferred
Physical Requirements
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Sitting or standing for prolonged periods.
