JOB DESCRIPTION:
Fogg Filler is seeking a talented Aftermarket Parts Inside Sales associate. The position is responsible for handling all details involving Fogg Filler Company customers for after-market parts requirements. Work in parts order fulfillment assisting the parts manager.
- Works with Fogg customers to determine the correct parts needed.
- Coordinates and project manage large scale projects through the engineering and production processes.
- Enter accurate parts information into our computer system to process customers’ quotes/orders.
- Updates and maintains customers engineering files to ensure accurate information for future inquires.
- Take customer phone calls and e-mails for Fogg machinery parts requests.
- Provide project quotes for customer requests in a timely manner and follow up.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Other duties as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-Motivated and good organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and good customer service skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Requires good computer skills which include knowledge of word processing, data analysis and spreadsheet applications, legible handwriting, must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, strong focus on detail and documentation.
