Position description
Position Title: Service Coordinator
Hours:
-Full time employee: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am-12pm. Seasonal demands can change expected work hours.
Reports to: Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and control workflow of service technicians.
- Address and prioritize customer’s needs.
- Advise customers of necessary or ancillary repairs.
- Create and maintain work orders, ensure proper billing..
Qualification:
- To possess sales skills essential for position.
- Good health and physical mobility
- Possess and maintain a valid NYS driver’s license
- Possess safe operating practices when using mechanical equipment
- Detail orientated
- Proficient computer skills.
