In this role, you will be an integral part of our client service team, ensuring every interaction with our clients is nothing short of exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking appointments
- Managing reception duties, including phone calls and visitor management
- Cleanliness and organization of public areas
You will work closely with our doctors and teammates to identify needs and provide support. This includes:
- Prioritizing tasks based on feedback and experience
- Cleaning and maintaining exam rooms, waiting area, and public bathrooms
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
To excel in this role, you should have:
