HOST/HOSTESS
**Candidate(s) must be available at least two shifts per week - required to work occasional Saturday/Sunday**
CURRENT OPENING FOR MORNING WEEKDAY HOST ONLY
We are open seven days a week.
(Drive Thru Open Daily at 6:30am)
Monday-Friday 7am-8pm
Saturday-Sunday 7am-3:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Preparing coffee following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
- Replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies.
- Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members.
- Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting, and performing or calling for necessary maintenance.
- Greet all JavaVino guests by being attentive to them as soon as they walk through the door.
- Create a welcome environment for guests, when appropriate refer to guests by their names.
- Say yes! Always try to find ways to accommodate a request.
- Guide guests to their tables with menus.
- Manage the floor plan indoors and outdoors; pay special attention to reservations and ensure they are seated in a timely manner.
- Clean, organize, and stock menus at host area.
- Answer phone and answer questions concerning the menu and the restaurant as well as complete carryout orders
- Observe the entire dining experience ensuring that every moment at the exceeds expectations

- You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry and are willing to go above and beyond to please guests and find joy
