Responsibilities

- Assist in data entry tasks related to project management and financial reporting.
- Support accounts payable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Utilize knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management to assist in relevant projects.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette while liaising with clients and vendors as needed.
- Conduct credit analysis and support financial services initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and medical billing practices is desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage.
