Responsibilities include:
- Support Project Managers in scope, timeline and cost management of pre-defined projects.
- Support Project Managers with actions/deliverables required by phase.
- Assess risk and lead mitigation plans development, to minimize project disruptions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage project documentation and deliverables according to agreed IT methodology.
Skills:
- Experience leading complex programs with multiple projects underneath.
- Ability to guide project managers in the program to common methodology, while protecting legal agreements with external partners.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to synthetize projects progress and escalate risks when necessary.
- Flexible to navigate multiple time zones on a weekly basis.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with global teams and team members in different time zones
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- JIRA admin or advanced skills
