Responsibilities

- Knowledge of employee benefits and insurances.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, including orientation and training programs.
- Assist in promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of employee contracts, benefits, and other HR documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in technology and software programs.
Law firm experience a plus.
