Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Establish and nurture strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs.
Lead Generation : Proactively seek out and acquire new business clients through various channels, including 95% phone conversations with clients looking for Policy Proposals : Develop customized insurance solutions and present them to potential and existing clients. ( We will Train you!)
Collaborative Teamwork : ( NOT Required - We provide you with all the tools to sell and maximize your Income!).
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest industry trends and products to offer comprehensive advice to clients. We will train you on this as well..
Requirements
Licensing : Valid California Property & Casualty License preferred. We can help get you licensed..
Experience : Proven track record in insurance sales, particularly in commercial lines.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales Skills : Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
Industry Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products.
Network : Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
