Job Summary
QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE IS A MUST - We are a fast-paced, growing real estate investment company and we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant /Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the overall bookkeeping functions of the organization. This role requires proficiency in data entry, strong organizational skills, and a familiarity with Google Suite. The Assistant Bookkeeper will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
- Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval.
- Handle contractor invoices.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including personal assistant duties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding financial matters.
Requirements
- Quickbooks proficiency is a must!
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
