Responsibilities

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.

- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and providing change.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
