Job Summary
Market Master USA is seeking a highly professional and proactive Company Receptionist & Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director (GMD) who also has experience in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, and business development services. This dual role requires a well-organized individual capable of handling front-desk operations, executive support, and marketing/business development activities that contribute to the company’s growth and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain professionalism while managing diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Reception & Office Administration:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business associates, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Handle document organization, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and coordinating office maintenance when necessary.
Personal Assistant Duties to the GMD:
- Manage the GMD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the GMD and employees, clients, and business partners to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Digital Marketing & Healthcare Marketing Support:
- Assist with executing digital marketing strategies, including managing social media accounts, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Support healthcare marketing initiatives, including outreach to healthcare providers and professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital marketing, healthcare, and business development sectors.
- Assist in managing company branding, website updates, and online reputation.
Business Development Support:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain client databases and track business performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Support lead generation efforts through networking, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or receptionist role.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, or business development is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
