Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector – Janitorial Contract

Location: Eagan, MN and surrounding sites

Schedule: Flexible (evening inspection shifts required)

Job Description

We are hiring a QA Inspector to monitor service quality across VA sites. This role includes conducting inspections, verifying completion of cleaning checklists, and ensuring all requirements under federal contract standards are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all assigned areas for cleanliness and safety
• Use digital checklists and photo documentation to track compliance
• Review daily reports from technicians and escalate any issues
• Provide feedback and retraining to janitorial staff as needed
• Liaise with the Site Supervisor and COR

Requirements

• 2 years in QA or janitorial supervisory roles
• Familiarity with VA or government cleaning standards
• Proficient in using mobile QA tools and Microsoft Excel
• Must pass a background check and comply with VA security protocol

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.16 - $25.49 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
