The Storm Crew Laborer Role
The Storm Crew Laborer assists the Lead Laborer in day-to-day duties and on-time completion of miscellaneous projects and tasks by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate gas-powered equipment daily.
- Shovel snow to clear walkways, trash can areas, propane tanks, etc.
- Mow lawn around commercial and residential buildings, stormwater ponds, road sides and ditches.
- Clean gutters up to 40' high off a ladder and ensure they are free of debris and working properly.
- Collect rubbish throughout resorts residential properties.
- Perform general set up and miscellaneous projects around the resort.
Special Qualifications/Requirements
- Varying hours, including nights and weekends during the winter season.
- Ability to communicate professionally with guests.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to operate various equipment.
