Job Description
- Perform written, verbal, or electronic PMs as directed by supervisors.
- Respond promptly to emergency work orders and requests to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all applicable resort safety standards and policies at all times.
- Report any hazardous safety concerns or adverse conditions to supervisors immediately.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing air handling equipment, including motor changes and coil cleaning.
- Assisting senior level supervisors or technicians with repairs and replacements as needed.
- Performing required tests, chemical treatment, and filter changes on heating and cooling system loops.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must have a valid Driver's License and eligibility for enrollment on the resort's Motor Vehicle Insurance policy.
