- Operating gas-powered equipment such as weedwhackers, push mowers, and snow shovels.
- Clearing snow from walkways, trash can areas, propane tanks, and other critical infrastructure.
- Maintaining lawns and grounds around commercial and residential buildings, stormwater ponds, and other areas.
- Ensuring proper function and cleanliness of gutters and downspouts.
- Collecting rubbish and maintaining a clean environment throughout the resort's residential properties.
- Assisting with setup and miscellaneous projects around the resort, including special events and maintenance tasks.
