Duties

- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Support office management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting guests, managing mail distribution, and maintaining a clean reception area.

Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
