As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Drive Manager to join our team and help drive our service operations to the next level.

Position Overview:

The Automotive Service Drive Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department's drive, ensuring efficient, high-quality service for customers. This role is pivotal in creating a positive and smooth customer experience from check-in to completion of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for customer service and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead service team, including service advisors and support staff.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for all customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, handling complaints, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with the service department and other dealership departments to meet customer needs and ensure timely completion of services.
• Monitor and manage service schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and maximizing productivity.
• Implement strategies to meet and exceed service department goals, including customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and dealership policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations for staff members.
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions, customer interactions, and any additional follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive-related certifications or degree is a plus).
• Knowledge of dealership service operations and processes.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
