What You Will Do:

• Train and support Community Relations Coordinators at Senior Living Communities
• Assist in driving sales & marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals
• Review ROI for advertising, referral relationships, etc. and proactively address opportunities
• Professionally report occupancy numbers and revenue-building tactics to ownership groups and stakeholders
• Travel regionally to support Directors/Community Relations Coordinators and audit building/materials

Why You Are Qualified: 

• Minimum of Associates degree in Marketing or Communication,or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Maintains valid driver's license and ability to drive.
• One to three years of experience managing multi-site senior living facilities.
• High level of proficiency with CRMs and Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
