What You Will Do:
- Identify and help resolve clinical issues in communities through QA process and collaborative approach.
- Monitors the implementation of current policies and procedures, which reflect adherence to corporate and external regulatory guidelines. Reviews new regulatory directives and implements changes as needed.
- Schedules site visits to provide supervision, clinical expertise, and communication for the overall operation of the Health Care department.
- Participates in State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations. Supports and follows up with communities in identifying trends and assists in the development of corrective action plans and troubleshooting resolutions. Reports findings of State and Federal surveys to the VP of Clinical Operations.
- Monitors electronic medical records and point of care status.
- Utilizes education and management systems to ensure the highest level of resident care.
Why You Are Qualified:
- RN – Registered Nurse in good standing
- CPR certification
- 5 years’ health care management experience (senior living experience preferred)
