Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Right Hand Man to support our team in various construction and remodeling projects. This role requires a hands-on individual who is proficient in multiple trades and can assist in executing tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
- Perform tasks related to electrical work, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Engage in remodeling activities, including drywall installation, painting, and caulking.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Operate equipment for concrete forming and roofing tasks as needed.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation and collaboration.
- Support welding activities as required by the project scope.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple skills including drywall installation, concrete forming, roofing, welding, and construction painting.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
