PROJECT COORDINATOR
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager/Project Engineer in the planning and coordination of project requirements.
- Assist with preparing estimates.
- Assist with preparing and submitting RFI's.
- Request pricing quotes from vendors.
- Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and vendors. - Monitor deadlines and summarize progress of project.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Computer skills and use of Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of building codes, estimating, budgeting and scheduling.
- Knowledge of architectural design process and construction documents.
- Strong organization, self-management, leadership and people skills.
- Understanding of field operations and building material costs, ability to manage those costs.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Efficient, results oriented, resilient, flexible and goal oriented.
- Well organized and able to multi-task.
- Teamwork and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- BA/BS degree with construction/architecture related curriculum is a plus.
- CAD and Fast-Track experience is a plus.
