Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups through various locations, providing engaging narratives and insights about the sites visited. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout the tour. You will be crossed trained as a Horseback guide, Zip line guide, ATV guide as well as working in the Aviary, and attending the snow tubing slide.
Responsibilities
- Conduct guided tours of designated areas, sharing interesting facts and historical context with participants.
- Educate guests about the cultural significance and history of the locations visited.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns from tour participants.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring all guests feel included and engaged during the tour.
- Utilize public speaking skills to deliver clear and captivating presentations to diverse audiences.
- Maintain a punctual schedule, managing time effectively to ensure tours start and end as planned.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages interaction and feedback from guests.
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding groups safely through various terrains and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
