Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager will oversee all administrative functions related to the Human Resources Department in addition to serving an advisory and support role in corporate professional development initiatives.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Recruit, interview, and select applicants for open positions.
- Onboarding of new staff to foster a positive attitude toward company policies and goals.
- Develop, implement, and facilitate ongoing employee professional development and training.
- Payroll processing and reporting.
- Develop staffing recommendations and plans and assist with implementation.
- Administration of all benefit programs such as health, vision, dental, disability plans, life insurance, and 401k plan.
- Manage the Open Enrollment process for insurance benefits.
- Maintain EEO information and annual filing report.
- Handles all unemployment claims and inquiries.
- Oversee FMLA ensuring paperwork and process are compliant with government regulations.
- Manage Workers’ Compensation program.
- Oversee ACA reporting.

- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management or equivalent experience.
- Management experience.
- Successfully pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,569.63 - $52,470.95 per year
