Job description
Jaytech Water Solutions, in the Midwest, is seeking candidates for their Field Service Technician position in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Through our culture of innovative water treatment practices, we deliver results from ideas to outcomes. Jaytech works closely with industry leaders, focusing on many segments of water treatment, from Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers, Waste Water, and Pre-Treatment needs. Our practices have varying impacts ranging from water consumption reductions, public health, and energy savings. For this position there is a base salary and fuel allowance.
Primary Responsibilities
- FST I must complete a 3-6 month paid training program focused on customer account care, equipment, and service role requirements.
- Responsible for servicing accounts
- Responsible for placing customer purchase orders
- Responsible for sampling and field testing as needed.
- Responsible for assisting servicing new construction partner projects
- Retain customer accounts, by maintaining positive relationships and professional service
- Maintain current client by providing regularly scheduled service per customer contract agreements to support the sales effort.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Entry level role no water treatment experience required.
- Ideal candidates have a basic understanding of HVAC and mechanical applications.
- Ideal candidates will have experience using a computer, CRM, and Microsoft Office 365, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability to work independently and/or with team members
- Interested in continuously learning new methods or technologies to improve skills/ knowledge base
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- Cape Girardeau, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
