Job Responsibilities:

• Perform front desk tasks for clients, including but not limited to: greeting, checking in & out clients, Process payments and handle cash transactions, Assist Service providers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction, Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Educate clients on services and recommend appropriate products. Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions
• Maintain a clean and inviting reception area
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies, Stock and maintain inventory of spa products and supplies
• Assist with other salon tasks as assigned
• Design and customize specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting referrals and new services for current guests.
• Utilizes other approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of spa facilities
• Follows all practice policies and protocols.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of the common areas and windows.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Be a great team-player who shows up on time ready to jump in whatever job needs to be done.

Addition Skills a plus:

SPA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Previous experience in a customer service role REQUIRED
• Previous experience in retail sales is a plus
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Experience in retail sales, particularly in skin care products a plus
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Sugaring, Additional Waxing services, Chemical Peels,

Microdermabrasion, LED Light Therapy, Airbrush Makeup, Aromatherapy, Wraps, Lash Extensions, Lash and
Brow Tinting etc), but not required.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds, including those who speak Spanish or other languages

• Familiarity with Meevo software for scheduling and client management a plus
• Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge Infection Control.
• Knowledge of Soap notes

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position.
