Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will lead the efforts in establishing the project assignments, scheduling, estimating, negotiating with subcontractors, acquisition of material resources, monitoring progress and performance, evaluation and reporting. The Director of Construction is tasked with the responsibility to assist each Site Supervisor with project execution such that a high-quality product is completed on time, within budget, and has achieved the desired results.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree or certificate from an accredited technical college or school PLUS a minimum of 10 years of construction experience and / or training in modular / manufactured housing related to project management, engineering, production and / or operations management. Work experience / knowledge may be considered in lieu of degree or certificate.
