Role : Preconstruction Manager – Mission Critical, Higher Education, Aviation & Commercial Construction Experience
Salary : $140,000-$190,000 Gross Basic Salary Meritocratic Bonus Scheme Car Allowance (Flexibility depending on experience and resume).

The Client :
JBAndrews is working with a leading ENR general contractor, turning over in excess of $10bn each year. With over a century of construction experience and decades of cementing itself as one of the nations premium contractors, this firm is looking to take on preconstruction professionals who are competent in acquiring new business and maintaining client relationships.
Your strategic insights will play a pivotal role in shaping the continual growth and organizational success of one of the companies highest performing divisions.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with a team managing project budget proposals.
- Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy.
- Fulfilling preconstruction practices on projects ranging from $200m-$1bn .
- Provide accurate and competitive estimates.
- Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis.
- Provide design assist / constructability reviews for each phase of design development.
- Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of submissions.
- Purchasing / preliminary subcontract language (scopes of work) in negotiations.
- Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Gather, update, and review historical cost data.
- Preliminary scheduling.
- Form close partnerships with local subcontractors.
- Lead role in training other professionals.
