JBAndrews is proud to partner with a leading provider of automation solutions specializing in engineering, manufacturing, and onsite commissioning services across industries such as glass, metals, industrial, power and more. As part of its continued growth, the company is expanding and are seeking a Project Manager to strengthen its technical capabilities and support key projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to meet project milestones.
- Maintain customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings, updates, and performance reviews to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Strong background in project management within the automation or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience managing large-scale automation or robotics projects, with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with industry leaders for automation solutions is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
