The Facilities Coordinator will support the daily operations and management of leased office spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while preserving and enhancing the value of company assets. This role involves coordination of office space, parking services, building access, and general operational support.
Key Duties:
Space Planning & Workstation Support
Coordinate workspace and furniture needs for the Seattle office
Collaborate with business units to manage and communicate internal office moves
Parking Services
Act as liaison with parking garage management
Maintain and update self-parking waitlist database
Assign parking spaces to new employees as needed
Building Access Control
Manage ID and building access card requests, including tracking, issuance, and deactivation
Provide regular reports and updates to supervisors
Reception Support
Provide back-up support at the front desk as needed
Distribute guest validations and access cards
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or operations support
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with database management
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
