Responsibilities:

The Facilities Coordinator will support the daily operations and management of leased office spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while preserving and enhancing the value of company assets. This role involves coordination of office space, parking services, building access, and general operational support.

 

Key Duties:

  • Space Planning & Workstation Support

    • Coordinate workspace and furniture needs for the Seattle office

    • Collaborate with business units to manage and communicate internal office moves

  • Parking Services

    • Act as liaison with parking garage management

    • Maintain and update self-parking waitlist database

    • Assign parking spaces to new employees as needed

  • Building Access Control

    • Manage ID and building access card requests, including tracking, issuance, and deactivation

    • Provide regular reports and updates to supervisors

  • Reception Support

    • Provide back-up support at the front desk as needed

    • Distribute guest validations and access cards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or operations support

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with database management

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
