Position Overview:
The Office Dispatcher/Logistics Assistant plays a critical role in managing daily operations by coordinating drivers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers and manage daily routes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing status updates to customers.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff.

- Experience: 2 years in dispatch, logistics, or transportation.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dispatch software, load boards, and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Cross-Border Shipping: Experience with US/Canada shipments is a plus.
