Full job description
We are hiring a Full-Time Pool Service Tech to join our team! The primary role of our Pool Service Tech is to effectively clean, balance and complete minor repairs to pools equipment quickly.
Company vehicle, cell phone, and tools are all provided!
Pay is $18-$20 per hour based on experience.
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm in winter months and 6am-3pm in summer months, with occasional overtime as required. Some weekends will also be required for training and catch up work.
Service Area – Galveston, TX, and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Water chemistry testing and application of chemicals
- Evaluate equipment to ensure its running properly.
- Skimming, brushing and vacuuming.
- Identify any problems with the swimming pool/spa and its equipment
- Use of software and app-based technology to manage and track jobs.
- Maintain clean working environment when on-site at customer location or in work vehicle.
- Ensure assigned work truck is properly stocked with the needed chemicals and tools to properly maintain, treat, and clean assigned pools.

Physical Requirements and Environment:
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including rain, heat, and cold.
- Safe lifting capabilities up to 50lbs independently and up to 100lbs with a team.
- Competence in operating motor vehicles, including pickup trucks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid Texas Driver's License.
