Key Responsibilities :
Interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to address pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
Answering service contract-related inquiries and maintaining shared inbox operations.
Invoicing billable customers for time, materials, rental deal structures, and insightful data analytics.
Drafting return on investment (ROI) reports to support the sales team.
Learning cross-functional responsibilities related to logistics to support team objectives.
Coordinating pricing updates and ensuring contract compliance with established policies and procedures.
Monitoring and reviewing customer accounts to identify discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of detailed pricing documentation and contracts.
Collaborating with internal teams to align on pricing strategies and contract requirements.
Generating regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing contracts, pricing, and related processes.
Proven capability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments based on prior experience and established practices.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, with an aptitude for learning new tools and technologies quickly.
Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
