Key Responsibilities :
Contributing to the development of project charters or sub-project management plans, making informed recommendations and trade-offs.
Defining and managing project scope, outlining major workstreams, and creating detailed Gantt charts.
Developing and monitoring sub-project budgets, ensuring alignment with overall project costs.
Establishing and maintaining project quality plans and risk management plans.
Identifying, analyzing, and addressing project risks, and creating effective response plans.
Collaborating on procurement management plans and staffing sub-project teams with defined roles and responsibilities.
Supporting stakeholder management and communication plans to ensure alignment across teams.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, tracking progress against timelines, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (BS) or equivalent is required.
2 years of work experience in project management or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Project Portfolio Management systems, MS Office, SharePoint, and Visio.
Holding a PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Knowing EU MDR and FDA medical device requirements is preferred.
Utilizing software tools like MS Project, Planview, JIRA, or Trello is preferred.
