Key Responsibilities :
Investigating customer complaints in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with global regulations.
Communicating with Field Service Technicians and Sales Account Managers to gather information necessary for complaint investigations.
Tracking and meeting corporate, divisional, and team complaint handling metrics.
Following local and corporate SOPs to maintain compliance with external regulatory requirements.
Leading the completion of service report recording once identified by a Quality Engineer.
Tracking returned parts and ensuring proper documentation and handling.
Disinfecting and organizing parts within the facility to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Dispositioning parts, including restocking when applicable.
Handling inquiries from sales representatives, service technicians, technical support teams, and production line staff as needed. Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Windows applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in solving challenges.
Ability to consistently meet goals and track personal progress.
Capability to move materials up to 50 pounds, as well as perform reaching, pushing, or pulling tasks as needed.
