JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Department: Accounting
Location: Greeley, CO JBS Carriers
Reports to: Controller
Principle Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payables team results by coaching, counseling, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and providing training when required
- Approve all invoices in SAP from the team
- Export transactions from TMT and post in SAP
- Assist with Vendor inquiries and reconciliations of vendor accounts.
- Coordinate special assignments.
- Prepare and enter journal entries for month-end.
- Reconciliations for month-end. Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable experience – SAP Preferred.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite products).
- Must maintain high level of accuracy.
- Must have good organizational skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, but not required. High School Diploma or GED required.

- Base salary range of $50,000 - $60,000;
- This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
