(PSM) - PROCESS SAFETY MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: Operations
LOCATION: Worthington
SALARY CLASS: Exempt
HOURS: 1st Shift - flexible as needed or required
DUTIES:
- · Maintain a compliant PSM Program at the facility with the use of the APSM program.
- · Develop and review the SOP’s for the refrigeration system, ensure that all P&ID’s are up to date.
- · Understand interpretations of construction and safety codes as related to operating an ammonia system in a safe and efficient manner and implement such practices.
- · Review all PM’s for mechanical Integrity compliance, ensure that all piping is labeled and valve numbers are in place and accurate.
- · Maintain all PSM documentation and training records that pertain to the PSM program.
- · Organize, schedule and conduct PSM meetings, compile and maintain PSM action item logs.
- · Data Entry.
- · Effective communication with Project Manager and others on PSM related jobs/activities.
- · Participate in Boiler and Refrigeration projects.
- · Perform other duties as needed or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- · knowledge of the PSM, Refrigeration and the industry preferred
- · PSM Knowledge and technical skills in a variety of maintenance jobs
- · Must be people oriented, be able to understand employees needs, good motivator, and be able to teach new skills to employees
- · Must have experience with Auto CAD.
- · Good communications skills, both verbal and written
- · Excellent organizational, math and statistical skills
- · Must have a good mechanical aptitude
- · Team Player with leadership skills

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

- Base annual salary range of: $65k-$70k
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
