QA/FOOD SAFETY CLERK
Responsibilities:
- Process paperwork from the production floor.
- Typing data from NSIS program.
- Organize HACCP data.
- Learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program.
- Prepare final reports from the data collected.
- Be able to analyze and trend data accurately.
- Be part of any internal or 3rd party audits.
- Gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports.
- Organize USDA reports.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
- Learn Food Safety Programs.
- Create reports and distribute to all departments.
- Learn Shop Floor and Safety Chain programs.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft and strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Organized and reliable
- Confident in problem solving
- Time Management
- Accuracy
- Able to communicate verbally and in written form with management team
- Able to work weekends as needed (when plant is scheduled)
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
