Job Title: SSOP Clerk-3rd shift
Location: Omaha, NE
Reports to: Sanitation Operations Manager
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain all records pertaining to SSOP’s
- May be part of developing SSOP
- Create and maintain reports to track SSOP’s.
Experience Required:
- Previous clerical experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred but not required
Skills/Abilities Required:
- Must have strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Email, Etc.
- Good oral and written communication Skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak English, bilingual would be a plus.
- Good attention to detail.
- Food Safety experience would be a plus.
- Must be capable of working independently.
- Must be able to work weekends if needed.
