JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title : Maintenance Claims & Inventory Supervisor
Department : Breakdown
Location : Greeley, CO
Reports to : Road Service Manager
Principle Responsibilities :
- Review Invoices and look for unapplied or missed warranty claims
- Receive and enter warranty claims in the maintenance software
- Review pictures of accident damage and estimate damage cost for insurance
- Coordinate accident repairs with internal and external body shops
- Receive invoices, supply and enter purchase orders and invoices in the maintenance software.
- Supply finance with accounts payable invoicing for timely payments to vendors.
- Retrieve statements and invoicing from vendor websites, reconcile invoices.
- Maintain good relationships and communication with vendors.
- Additional duties as assigned
- Supervise the Inventory Assistant
- Coaching, counseling, and development of Inventory Assistant
- Supervision of the inventory process and procedures for all inventory locations
- Supervision of Inventory cycle counts and corrections
- Supervision of purchase sourcing of consumable items
- Inventory reporting
Qualifications :
Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
