- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system both physically and digitally to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with various office projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and communication.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
