The Opportunity ...

Reporting to the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for entering and monitoring material requirements for new equipment builds and installations, customer care rebuilds, and warranty projects. You will analyze exception reports to limit waste and ensure production-schedule alignment. You will monitor job shortage reports and communicating any issues that may delay the build schedule. You will be involved in determining improvements to the material flow process improve  efficiency and on time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Master Scheduler, Purchasing, and Production in executing production plans
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Investigate discrepancies and material shortages
• Assist in tracking, updating, and cancelling production orders
• Process and expedite urgent non-conformances and warranty orders
• Communicate changes to the Master Schedule
• Coordinate between Manufacturing and Engineering teams to update change orders
• Assist Stockroom in inventory control and record accuracy
• Maintain, update, and add records to Syteline (ERP System)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing changing priorities

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Planning, Supply Chain, Materials and/or Inventory Control required.
• MRP/APS experience preferred.
• MS office and computer experience required
• Experience with Syteline, SAP, Oracle, AS400 or other ERP systems software experience required.
